You seem to be using Internet Explorer in Compatibility or Enterprise mode

Click the icon next to the address bar to check if that is the case.

To disable emulation mode, press F12 to open Developer Tools, select the Emulation Tab and select 'Desktop' from the Browser profile dropdown.

Another option is to open the browser menu (gear icon), select 'Compatibility View Settings' and remove Primegate hosts from the list.

If neither of the solutions work please contact your IT administrator and forward them this information.
